How to reach the editorial team behind this independent review of FXGT, and what we can and cannot help you with.

This page explains how to reach the editorial team behind this independent review site. The document covers editorial correspondence only. It does not describe, and cannot be used for, any brokerage service, trading account, payment, or transaction. We are an editorial resource that reviews FXGT for readers in the United Arab Emirates. We are not the broker, we are not affiliated with the broker, and we do not provide financial services, accounts, deposits, or advice of any kind.
What the editors do answer is correspondence about the content we publish: how a review was put together, which sources were consulted, how a particular statement on the site should be read, and how our editorial standards apply to a given article. If something we wrote is unclear, or if you believe a passage needs context, we are willing to explain our reasoning. We answer questions about our own work, not about the broker's products, pricing, or policies.
We read every message that concerns the published material. We do not answer questions about individual trading situations, and we cannot act on anything that requires access to a brokerage account. The sections below set out the routes for each kind of enquiry and what you can reasonably expect from us.
Factual Corrections
If you believe a statement of fact on this site is wrong, you can submit a correction through the contact form on this site. Please identify the page and the specific sentence or figure at issue, state what you believe the correct position to be, and include a source we can check. A correction that comes with a verifiable reference is handled far more quickly than one that does not.
The editors review each submission against the sources already on file and against the reference you provide. Where the original statement cannot be supported, we amend or remove it and note the change on the page. Where the statement stands, we explain why and, where useful, add clarification so other readers are not left with the same doubt.
We do not publish corrections anonymously, and we do not treat a correction request as an instruction to change a review. Editorial conclusions remain ours. The correction route exists to fix errors of fact, not to negotiate opinion.
Account Matters
The editors cannot answer anything that concerns a trading account. That includes opening or closing an account, verification and identity checks, deposits and withdrawals, balances, orders, leverage settings, fees charged to you, and complaints about how the broker has handled your case. We have no access to the broker's systems, no visibility of client records, and no authority to intervene on anyone's behalf.
Messages of that kind are not forwarded and cannot be actioned here, however detailed they are. Sending account information to this site does not create any relationship with the broker, and we ask readers not to include personal or financial details in correspondence with us. For anything touching your account, use the broker's own support channels and the documents provided to you when the account was opened.
If your question is about how our review describes the broker's processes rather than about your own case, that is an editorial question and falls within the scope described above.
Press and Partnerships
Press enquiries about this site, its editorial approach, or its review of FXGT are welcome through the contact form on this site. Please state the outlet you represent and the subject of your enquiry so the message reaches the right person. We answer press questions about our own editorial work and about the published review.
We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not enter arrangements that would give any broker influence over what we publish. Partnership proposals are read, but commercial offers do not change reviews, ratings, or conclusions, and we do not discuss terms that would make them do so. If you are approaching us on behalf of the broker, note that we remain independent of it and correspond with it as we would with any other subject of a review.
Advertising or sponsorship requests that conflict with that position are declined. Enquiries that respect the separation between commercial activity and editorial judgement are answered on their merits.
Complaints About This Site
If your complaint concerns this site itself, its conduct, or the way it has handled a correction request, send it through the contact form on this site and mark it clearly as a complaint. Describe what happened, which page is involved, and what outcome you are seeking. Complaints are logged and reviewed separately from ordinary editorial correspondence.
We look at whether our published material met our own standards, whether a correction was handled properly, and whether correspondence was dealt with fairly. Where we got something wrong in process, we say so and explain what changes. We do not remove accurate editorial content because someone dislikes its conclusion, and we do not treat a complaint as a route to alter a review.
Complaints are not a channel for account disputes. Anything concerning the broker's handling of a client relationship falls outside what this site can review.
Response Times and Broker Support
We aim to acknowledge editorial correspondence within five working days. Substantive replies, particularly those involving a correction that needs source checking, usually take longer, and complex complaints can take several weeks. Response times are targets rather than commitments, and volume affects them. If you have not heard back within a reasonable period, a short follow-up through the same route is appropriate.
For anything concerning your account, the broker's own support is the correct route. Use the contact details and support channels the broker provides to its clients, including any secure messaging inside the client area. This site has no access to those systems and cannot escalate a case to the broker on your behalf.
Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the site constitutes financial advice or an offer of any service. We are an independent editorial resource only.
